Minute of Meeting held 20^th June, 2017

Main Motions

• Issue of Late compilation of Names for Certificate: Henceforth online registered participants names should be used for their certificate
• Affiliate Manager and Center managing: All affiliate managers should know everything happening in their center and the participants. Manager should have a cordial relationship with their facilitator cause the organization is partnering with the them and both working cordially. Also affiliate managers should know their participants by creating a WhatsApp group to help solve any issue during the training
• Change of names for certificate: After registration online names cannot be changed, henceforth all certificate issued must have a photocopy attached to their edition file
• Online Registration: All participants must be registered online and all online names registered must tally with the certificate
• Admin area: All payment must be updated on the admin area and all payment should include date of payment
• Certificate Verification:  All names  should be verified by each affiliate manager once the names  are imputed for printing, so issue of name misspelt  will be solved
• Use of Internet: We should all use the internet with caution when connected, the consumption of data usage is alarming
• Introduction of new terms for the installment record: Henceforth installment will carrying information like;

Total number of registered participants’ i.e.  The number participants in the center

Withdrawn i.e.  Participants that stopped attending the class

Indifferent i.e. Participants you are not sure if wants to roll over for next class or withdrawing

Rollover i.e. Participants that wants to attend the next class

Complete payment i.e.  Participants that have completed their payment.

Henceforth, payment made at the studio should be recorded on the day of payment to the installment even if the money has not been paid to the bank by the facilitator. Once the money is paid to the bank it should be indicated credited on the installment sheet
